First Month Free Promotion Terms
Effective: September 28, 2026
1. Eligibility
The promotion is intended for new customer accounts. Unless AI Model Switch authorizes otherwise in writing, the offer is limited to one promotional account per person or organization. We may require reasonable information to verify eligibility and may decline or cancel promotional access where we identify duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible accounts.
2. Promotional period
The promotional period begins when an eligible account is activated and lasts one month, unless the account is terminated earlier or the promotion is changed or ended as permitted by these terms. The exact end date for an account may be shown in the account interface or onboarding communication.
3. No credit card required
No credit card is required to begin the promotional period. We will not represent the promotion as “free forever” or imply that a paid charge is impossible. If paid service becomes available after the promotion, applicable pricing and billing conditions must be disclosed before charging the customer.
4. Unlimited tokens during promotion
For eligible promotional accounts, AI Model Switch does not publish a token quota during the promotional month. “Unlimited tokens” does not mean unlimited infrastructure capacity, guaranteed throughput, guaranteed uptime, or unrestricted use for prohibited or abusive activity. Security controls, anti-abuse controls, provider limits, model availability, technical limits, and acceptable-use requirements may apply.
5. Changes and termination
AI Model Switch may modify or end the promotion prospectively. We may suspend or terminate promotional access for fraud, abuse, security concerns, violations of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
6. No implied provider endorsement
Third-party model providers are not sponsors or endorsers of this promotion unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
