Use AI Model Switch only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes and in compliance with applicable model-provider terms.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity or facilitation of illegal activity.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive schemes.
• Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
• Malware, destructive code, or abusive automated activity.
• Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Harassment, exploitation, or content prohibited by applicable law or service/provider rules.
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits, security controls, provider restrictions, or account eligibility rules.

Security and abuse controls

We may monitor service activity for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and abuse detection, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate activity that violates this policy or creates material security or operational risk.

Third-party model requirements

Some models may have additional provider-specific restrictions. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable provider terms when using those models through AI Model Switch.
